Overview

This article details how to provide authors with an email address for template requests. This email address will be shown to authors when their search or filters in the template library don't match any existing templates.

You can choose whether or not to provide an email for template requests. If no email address is defined, authors will be prompted to try a different search or combination of filters instead.

How to provide an email address for template requests

1. Open Account Settings in the navigation menu.
2. Under Template Library, enter the email address you'd like to direct authors to email with template requests.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
