This article will help you find IntelligenceBank assets in Outfit’s Asset Library. Please note, your IntelligenceBank assets will only be available in Outfit if your administrator has connected your IntelligenceBank account following the steps outlined in this Help article: Connecting IntelligenceBank to Outfit.

Accessing the IntelligenceBank assets in Outfit's Asset Library

1. Click on ‘Assets’ in the left navigation menu of Outfit. This will take you to the Asset Library.
2. In the ‘Libraries’ section of the Asset Library, click on ‘Intelligence Bank Images’. Please note, your administrator may be have named this library something different in your account.
3. Here, you will find all of the available IntelligenceBank assets that you have access to.

Please note, you may be required to log in to IntelligenceBank from the Outfit Asset Library before you can view the assets.

Searching for the asset

The search bar can be used to search for an Asset directly by name, or an associated tag. For example:

• A search for the Asset name (e.g. 'Press Ads Feature') returns a result for that asset only:
• A search for the term 'businesswoman' returns all assets that have been tagged with the term 'businesswoman' in IntelligenceBank:

Previewing the asset

Clicking on an Asset thumbnail displays a preview of that asset, the source URL, download links, as well as all associated tags and metadata that Outfit imports from IntelligenceBank.
