Overview

The 'IntelligenceBank Connecter' links your Outfit and IntelligenceBank accounts. When connected, users will be able to:

1. Import assets from IntelligenceBank into Outfit.
2. Send Outfit exports to IntelligenceBank.

Configuring the IntelligenceBank connector

To import or export assets between IntelligenceBank and Outfit, the connector must first be set up. The IntelligenceBank Connector can be set up by navigating to Outfit’s Account Settings > Integrations.

If the IntelligenceBank Connector is not visible in Outfit, please contact your Outfit Customer Success Manager for setup.

Configuring for Import (IntelligenceBank -> Outfit)

To import from IntelligenceBank -> Outfit, please ensure you are in the section titled "Import assets from IntelligenceBank to use in Outfit templates".

1. Enter your IntelligenceBank platform URL.
2. Tick the checkbox labelled 'User Level Auth' if you would like users to login to IntelligenceBank with their own account, and browse assets according to their IntelligenceBank permissions. Please note, if User Level Auth authentication is enabled, the user will be required to authenticate to their IntelligenceBank account via Outfit's Asset Library on every sign in or every 120 hours (including via Single Sign On as configured in IntelligenceBank).
3. Alternatively, leave this checkbox blank to enable a single system user which will determine what IntelligenceBank assets Outfit users can see and insert in documents. If this option is selected, enter their login credentials and click Connect to validate the authentication.
4. In the last field of the section, you can customize how IntelligenceBank will be referred as to users when browsing and importing assets.

Configuring for Export (Outfit -> IntelligenceBank)

To export from Outfit -> IntelligenceBank, please ensure you are in the section titled "Send Outfit exports to IntelligenceBank".

1. Enter your IntelligenceBank platform URL.
2. Tick the checkbox labelled 'User Level Auth' if you would like users to login to IntelligenceBank with their own account, and browse assets according to their IntelligenceBank permissions.
3. Alternatively, leave this checkbox blank to enable a single system user which will determine what IntelligenceBank assets Outfit users can see and insert in documents. 
4. Regardless of the authentication method selected, enter the login credentials of a user which has access to the desired destination folder where finalized and approved Outfit documents should be exported to, and click Connect to validate the authentication.
5. Once successfully authenticated, click Retrieve Info once, and then select the desired destination folder in the Export Folder dropdown. If User Level Auth is enabled, make sure to select a Folder that all users have a minimum of Publish permission on. Please note, only root Folders are currently supported as a destination option.
6. In the last field of this section, you can customize how IntelligenceBank will be referred as to users when export assets.
