Key terms
Review: To assess something with the intention of approving to allow user/s to export their document(s) The assessment may also involve instituting change/s to the document on the users' behalf and/or requesting changes to be made before approval.
Requester: The user who requests a document to be reviewed for approval.
Reviewer: The user who reviews a document, determining if it can be approved or if it requires changes be made before it can be approved and therefore exported.

This article will run you through how to request review on a document and monitor the review status through to approval.
What are Reviews?
Reviews is where you can see all documents you have submitted for review and monitor and changes required.
If you have Reviewer permissions, it's also where you can can manage all requests that have been submitted for approval and monitor any that require changes.
How to Manage Reviews
Reviews is where you can see all documents you have submitted for review and monitor and changes required.
To submit a document for review:

Open/edit the document.

Click Request Review in the top navigation bar.

To check the status of a request:

Head to Reviews, located in the left-hand navigation menu.

Switch to the relevant tab from - Awaiting Review, Changes Requested, or Approved. If you’re unsure of a request’s status, you can select the All tab to view all review requests. To find a specific review request you’re after, you can:

Filter by team to show requests connected to a specific team/s.

Filter by Tag to show requests connected to a team categorised with a certain tag.

Sort by most recent or oldest. Most recent or oldest is determined by the date the request was made. If a request has been submitted for approval multiple times (for example, after changes were requested), the latest date will be used for sorting purposes.

Switch to grid or list view. Grid view contains large thumbnails for viewing designs at a glance, whereas list view allows for list type information making it perfect to view more requests at once.
You can also view the status of the request on the document itself, within a Project.
To cancel a request:

Open/edit the document awaiting review. You can access this document via Reviews > Awaiting Reviews or Projects.

Click ‘Cancel Review’.
