Draft Exporting
Draft exporting, as the name suggests, allows you to export out a draft of your document, prior to going through any approval process. This can be helpful if you need to get an external stakeholders to feedback on a document, and don't want to go through the approval process just yet.
Draft export is only available from the edit screen, and may not be available in all accounts and on all documents.
How to Draft Export
- Click into the edit screen of the document you wish to edit
- If the option is available, you will see the option to Draft Export in the top right hand corner of your screen:
- This will then follow the same process as a regular export, however, there will be a watermark across your document, signifying it is still in draft stage.
